    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in a software testing services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and technology.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
    ● Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for software testing services.
    ● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
    ● Present and promote software testing solutions to clients, addressing their business needs.
    ● Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized service offerings.
    ● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    ● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
    ● Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in software testing.
    ● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM systems.
    ● Assist in marketing efforts, including participation in trade shows, webinars, and events.

     

    Qualifications & Skills:

    ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
    ● 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in
    the IT or software industry).
    ● Strong understanding of software testing services and their value proposition.
    ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    ● Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
    ● Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    ● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    ● Prior experience in selling IT services, particularly software testing solutions.
    ● Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and automation testing methodologies.
    ● Experience in B2B sales and client management.
